  3. Try to get rid of any cigarettes that you don't really need.
  4. Buy your cigarettes by the pack.
  5. Only use matches to light up.
  6. Put all your butts in the Butt Bottle until it is full.
  7. Carry and store your cigarettes in a new place.
  8. Don't empty ashtrays until they are full. Then, empty into your Butt Bottle.




Wait at least one full hour before smoking your first cigarette today.
