The Smokeless program has 3 parts.




Getting Ready Stage
In this part of the program, you will prepare, physically and mentally, to quit smoking.




Skill Development Stage
In this part of the program, you will learn how to prevent cigarette urges and how to get rid of urges that do occur.




Maintenance Stage
In this part of the program, you will learn additional information about living as a non-smoker. You will also learn about Relapse Prevention, which is how to prevent a return to your former smoking habit.




`Getting Ready for Lift-Off ` Activities
Before you begin to use this information, you need to set a quit date. Six days before your quit day, start to do the Getting Ready For Lift-Off activities. You will have something to do each day for 5 days. The sixth day will be your quit day.
