| The Smokeless program has 3 parts. | |

| Getting Ready Stage | | In this part of the program, you will prepare, physically and mentally, to quit smoking. |
|
|

| Skill Development Stage | | In this part of the program, you will learn how to prevent cigarette urges and how to get rid of urges that do occur. |
|
|

| Maintenance Stage | | In this part of the program, you will learn additional information about living as a non-smoker. You will also learn about Relapse Prevention, which is how to prevent a return to your former smoking habit.

| `Getting Ready for Lift-Off ` Activities | | Before you begin to use this information, you need to set a quit date. Six days before your quit day, start to do the Getting Ready For Lift-Off activities. You will have something to do each day for 5 days. The sixth day will be your quit day. |
