Activity Review

  1. Keep using your cigarette scorecard.
  2. Wait 5 minutes after an urge hits.
  3. Buy your cigarettes by the pack.
  4. Only use matches to light-up.
  5. Place all your butts in the "Butt Bottle" until it is full.
  6. Carry and store your cigarettes in a new place.




Try to get rid of any cigarettes that you don't really need.
Don't fight yourself; if you need a cigarette - smoke it.




Do not empty your ashtray until the end of the day.
At the end of the day, place the butts and ashes in the Butt Bottle and add one teaspoon of water to it.
